By creating an account or installing the WE999 app, you agree to the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. One person may hold one account. Accounts created with someone else’s mobile number, CNIC or wallet details will be closed.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Any activity carried out through your account is treated as your own. If you believe someone else has access, change your password and inform support at once.

Coins, Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Coins used inside the app are a virtual balance and hold no value outside the platform
  • Deposits are credited once the payment partner confirms the transfer
  • Withdrawal requests are processed to the registered wallet number only, and are subject to the published minimum and daily limits
  • Requests may be held for review where the transaction pattern looks irregular

Wrong wallet numbers entered by a user cannot always be reversed, so please check the number before submitting a request.

Bonuses and Rewards

Reward coins from sign-up offers, referrals, daily tasks and member day promotions come with their own conditions, which are shown alongside each offer. Reward coins may carry a play-through requirement before conversion. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer is not allowed.

Prohibited Activity

The following will result in suspension and possible forfeiture of the balance in question:

  • Using bots, emulators, modified app files or any tool that automates gameplay
  • Colluding with other players to influence a result
  • Exploiting a technical fault instead of reporting it
  • Using payment instruments that do not belong to you
  • Harassing other users or our staff

Availability

We aim to keep the platform running without interruption but cannot promise this. Maintenance, network faults or updates may make the app unavailable for a period. Rounds affected by a confirmed server fault are reviewed and balances corrected where our logs support it.

Intellectual Property

The WE999 name, logo, app design and site content belong to us. Copying, redistributing or republishing them without written permission is not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability in any dispute is limited to the coin balance held in your account at the time the issue arose. We are not liable for losses caused by device faults, network problems, or use of the app in a way that breaks these terms.

Changes and Governing Law

These terms may be updated, and continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised version. Any dispute is governed by the laws of Pakistan.
